Koro Creek Bushveld Golf Estate is situated close to the historic town of Modimolle (Nylstroom) in Limpopo Province, only 90 minutes from Pretoria.
Modimolle is famous for its export-quality grapes and fruit. Popularly called the “Gateway to Africa’s Eden”, the area is particularly renowned for its variety of outdoor recreation options, ranging from horse safaris, family holiday accommodation, 4×4 trails, hiking and nature trials, to luxury hunting safaris.
Koro Creek is close to the beautiful Nylsvley Nature Reserve. Koro Creek Golf Estate is close enough to civilization to make the drive pleasantly quick, but far enough into the bushveld to offer a fantastic, de-stressing getaway from the pressure and frantic pace of everyday life. The region offers a climate of splendid summers, and warm sunny winters.
The area is malaria-free. Adjoining the estate is an 860 hectare nature reserve.
The 18-hole golf course is a 6825m par 72 course. There are four tee boxes on every hole to accommodate every level of visiting golfer. A portion of the golf course extends into the reserve, offering the golfers the relaxing experience of golf combined with nature.
Koro Creek Bushveld Golf Estate is a championship course, run by a professional outfit, where hospitality and the warm bushveld affability are custodians for good old golf etiquette.
A welcome sight at the end of this golf course is the clubhouse, where both golfer and non-golfer can relax while watching the African sunset over this exclusive estate. The clubhouse hosts a restaurant, bar, pro shop and conference facilities.
